Refund policy
Return and Refund Policy: We will gladly accept returns and issue refunds within 30 days of purchase. If purchase or deposit was made by check or cash, refund will be issued in the form of a check within 15 days after the date of return. Credit card purchases will be refunded to the same credit card with which the item was purchased. All claims and returned goods must be accompanied by this receipt.
We apologize but there will be no refunds on custom made jewelry, special orders, and/or any engraved item. Engagement rings that are not custom but have been altered will have the following charges applied. A $45 will be applied for rings that have been sized and a $95 charge will be applied if a diamond has been set in place of the original sample center stone.

Shipping: We will happily ship you your new item after purchase should you request it. The price for shipping is a flat rate of $35 for anywhere in the continental United States. All shipping is insured and will often require a signature at the time of arrival. Shipping to other states and countries can be discussed on a case by case basis.
