Cancellations & Returns
We want you to be perfectly satisfied with your purchase. We will gladly accept returns and issue refunds within 30 days of purchase. You may receive a store credit only if you make a return within 60 days. Sorry, no refunds on custom made jewelry, special orders, trade-ins, and/or any engraved items. If the items has been altered in the following ways, some and/or all of the subsequent charges will be applied: sizing $45, mounting $95. Excess modifications to the item may result in additional charges as determined by S.E. Needham Jewelers. If purchased or deposit was made by check or cash, refund will be issued within 15 days after the return date. Credit card purchases will be refunded to the same credit card with which the item was purchased. All claims and returned goods must be accompanied with receipt.
Returns are easy.
- Simply return the item to the address below
- Package the item securely so as to avoid damage during shipping. If you are returning an item of significant value, we recommend that you insure it against loss or damage
- Please make note of why the item is being returned
- The item(s) must be returned in its original packaging and with all accompanying manuals and accessories
- All manufacturers' warranties are in effect
