Most rings we sell are only able to be sized up or down 2-3 sizes. (There are some exceptions of course) We’re sorry for any inconveniences. Please just let us know if you need the ring sized and include desired size in the order notes. *WARNING* Once a ring has been sized or altered in anyway, it is no longer returnable or exchangeable.

💎Packaging & Gift Wrapping 💎
All jewelry arrives in signature S.E. Needham Jewelers gift box. If multiple items are purchased, they will be shipped in the same box unless specified. Please specify in the notes if you would like your item gift wrapped. We offer this service free of charge.
💎 Return/Exchange Policy 💎
At S.E. Needham Jewelers we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may be able to return your items for refund or in-store credit. Please read through the following information carefully before attempting to return or exchange your product. If you do not comply with store policies, we may not be able to process your return or exchange. You have 15 days to return an item once it has been received. Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and in a saleable state to be accepted for return. All of our items are carefully hand-inspected by our team to ensure they are free of defects; however, in the unlikely event that we have missed something, you will be able to exchange your defective product within 30 days of receipt. Since many of our pieces are one-of-a-kind and may be difficult to replace with an exact match, you may elect to receive in-store credit in an equal amount to your original purchase to spend at our store.
*Custom jewelry and personalized items are not included in our exchange policy. Gemstones, including diamonds, are also not covered by this policy and are sold as-is. Any damages not due to manufacturing defects are not eligible for return or exchange. Due to the special nature of custom and special order items, these products are not eligible for returns or refunds. Any product that has been built or altered at your request (including ring re-sizing and diamond upgrades) falls under this category and as such is not eligible for exchange.

💎 Warranty 💎
We offer a 1-year limited warranty on all our jewelry from the date of purchase. This does NOT mean returns or exchanges are available for a year. This warranty only covers fixing manufacture errors or minor repairs. Please visit our Shop Policies for our full warranty statement. Send us a direct message if you need a repair or if you have issues with your ring within that year time frame. If you need a repair any time after, please contact us directly.

Appraisals are available by request. Appraisals are free for any purchase over $1,000.
💎 Custom Orders 💎
We welcome all kinds of custom orders, and can work with you on any special projects you have in mind. We are also open to discuss possible alterations or changes to our current inventory. Please don’t hesitate to reach out to us and see what all is possible for creating a one of a kind custom jewelry item. Ideally, please include a picture or an illustration of what you are thinking, and we will be happy to quote you a price and duration until completion of that project.
* All custom jewelry takes anywhere from 4-8 weeks to complete. Please keep this in mind when placing your order.
* Custom jewelry can be made in the following metals per your request: 14K Yellow, Rose or White gold, 18K Yellow, Rose or White Gold, Platinum, and/or Sterling Silver.
* CAD renderings are available upon request.
* Natural and Lab-Grown Diamonds are available
* All diamonds used are conflict-free and ethically sourced.
💎 Layaway & Financing Plans💎
A 6-month layaway plan is available upon request. All that is required is a 25% down payment. Once that is secured, the remaining balance is split into 6 equal payments to be made each month. The item will not be shipped until the balance is paid in full. There is no penalty to paying it off early!
Financing is also available upon credit approval. This also requires 25% down, but we ship the item to you as soon as the financing is secured. Please contact us to discuss a plan that will work best for both parties.
💎 Shipping Information💎
Free insured statewide shipping (International shipping available). We ship all our jewelry in secure boxes via FedEx to the US and Canada. For delivery to all other countries, please inquire as rates and customs regulations vary. Insurance is included and signature is always required for package release.
